Websites for real estate law firms

Real estate work arrives on a deadline set by someone else: a closing date, a lease renewal, a notice from a neighbor or a lender. The person searching may be a buyer, a landlord, an investor, or an agent, each with different questions and a different sense of urgency. Agents and lenders refer a large share of closings, so the site has to be as convincing to a referrer as to a client.

Cornerstone Real Estate Law concept design for a real estate law firm

Concept design: Cornerstone Real Estate Law is an illustrative firm, not a client

How they search

How a real estate law prospect finds a firm.

  • 1A buyer or seller searches "real estate attorney" plus the town close to a closing date and picks quickly, often on an agent's or lender's suggestion.
  • 2A landlord or an investor searches the dispute ("eviction lawyer", "boundary dispute attorney", "title defect") and reads more before calling.
  • 3Agents and lenders keep referring to the firm that responds fast and communicates clearly, so their impression of the website matters as much as a client's.

What we do differently here

What the site and the optional Growth System do for real estate law.

  • Pages for closings, title, leasing, zoning, and disputes, split by buyer, seller, landlord, and investor so each reader finds their own question
  • A closing-quote path for transactional work and a consultation path for disputes, each with its own tracked number and form
  • A referral-partner page for agents, lenders, and title companies, with a tracked link so referred closings are attributed to the partner who sent them
  • Business Profile categories and service areas set for the towns you close in, with a review process that asks shortly after a closing
  • Tracking and a monthly report that separates transactional inquiries from disputes, so you can see which side of the practice the site is feeding

The system

The same five parts, tuned for real estate law.

The site comes first, at a fixed price from your approved concept. The Growth System is an optional add-on after launch: setup from $7,500, then a monthly retainer. How the Growth System works.

Questions

What real estate law firms ask us.

Closings are price-shopped. Can the site quote a fee?

If your firm publishes a closing fee, the site can show it, with a clear scope of what it covers and does not, which your state's advertising rules require. We track whether the quoted-fee page produces inquiries and whether they convert, and report both without promising either.

Most of our closings come from three agents. Why do we need this?

To keep those three, attribute what they send, and add clients who have no agent yet. A tracked referral link and a monthly report show the partner stream next to search, so you know what each is worth before deciding what to grow. Measured, not guaranteed.

Can the site help with the dispute side, which is more profitable?

Dispute pages target longer, more specific searches than closings do and tend to attract readers who research before calling. Whether they rank depends on the county and the competition; we report visibility and inquiries by page monthly rather than promising volume.
