Legacy West, opened in 2017 at the Dallas North Tollway and the Sam Rayburn Tollway, turned the Legacy business park into a headquarters district: Toyota Motor North America moved there from California, JPMorgan Chase built a campus for thousands of employees, and Liberty Mutual and FedEx Office keep large operations nearby.
