La Nostra Storia
A kitchen with memory.
In 1962, Carmela and Aldo Rossi opened a twelve-table trattoria on a quiet corner of the neighborhood with one conviction: food made with care tastes different from food made with speed. Carmela's pasta recipe went on the menu the first night and has not left it since.
Today their grandson Marco runs the kitchen. The recipes are the same. The flour is still weighed by hand. The ragu still simmers for six hours. The only things that have changed are the tables - there are eighteen now - and the delivery box, because some nights you just want Nonna's tiramisu at home.
Made from scratch
No premade sauces, no shortcuts. If it is on the plate, someone in our kitchen made it.
Sourced with care
Local farms for vegetables and eggs. Italian DOP cheeses and cured meats imported directly.
No reservations required
Walk-ins always welcome. Reservations just mean we keep your table warm ahead of time.
