Our story
A bistro that cooks with the tide.
Harbor & Vine began as a standing Sunday supper between a chef and the fishermen who tied up below her window. Today it is a candlelit room at the edge of the dock, where the menu is rewritten each morning around what the boats and the gardens bring in.
Executive chef Margaux Delacroix cooks close to the source - salt, fire, acid, and restraint. Nearly everything is landed, grown, or foraged within forty miles, and our cellar leans into natural, low-intervention bottles poured by growers we know by name.
