Calmwater was founded on a simple frustration: most spas move too fast. Music too loud, transitions too abrupt, robes handed out before you have even had a moment to breathe. We decided to do the opposite.
Every element of a visit here - from the intake conversation to the last minute on the table - is paced for deep rest. Our practitioners complete advanced training in somatic awareness and trauma-informed bodywork, and we keep staff numbers intentionally small so each guest is truly seen.

Ready to book?How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours ahead for weekday sessions. Weekends and package days fill quickly - for those, a week or more in advance is wise. Same-day bookings are occasionally available; check availability online or give us a call.
What should I bring or wear?
Simply arrive. We provide all robes, slippers, towels, and single-use amenities. For most body treatments you will be professionally draped throughout. If you have particular clothing preferences, you are always welcome to bring your own.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee; no-shows are charged in full. If something unexpected arises, please reach out - we always try to be reasonable.
Do you accommodate sensitive skin or allergies?
Absolutely. We carry fragrance-free and hypoallergenic product lines and always conduct a brief intake before each session to understand sensitivities, pressure preferences, and areas to avoid. Please mention any allergies when booking.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes. Gift cards are available in any denomination and are delivered by email instantly. They never expire and can be redeemed for any treatment or package. On this concept site, the gift card flow is illustrative and does not process.
